In a recent survey, Learners rated the impact on their performance and business at 7.5/10, with mentoring support scoring 8.3/10 for effectiveness and 8.6/10 for being tailored to individual needs. "It’s never too late to figure out what you’re truly passionate about, even if it happens a little later in life. I’ve been reflecting on my own journey as an apprentice, and wanted to share a bit about what it’s been like for me personally. Becoming an apprentice myself has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in recent years. I felt encouraged and supported by my employer to pursue my Level 3 Recruiter qualification, and I’m proudly doing this with the wonderful team at Recruitment Juice. My journey so far has been genuinely inspiring. I thoroughly enjoy learning while gaining formal education at the same time. The mix of live workshops, seminars, podcasts, and reading materials is the perfect combo for my sometimes easily distracted mind! Something I often say at career fairs or when giving advice is this: it’s really hard to know exactly what path to take straight after secondary school. But nothing is set in stone. Today’s EDI webinar was incredibly informative — as they all are — but this session in particular really stood out. The insight shared encouraged me to reflect on my own behaviours and highlighted just how essential a diverse and inclusive workforce is. What resonated most was the discussion around why so many organisations struggle to address stereotypes and prejudice: a lack of knowledge and a lack of psychological safety. Morson Group
Morson Group were introduced to Juice in 2017 to support initially our Resourcers who offered the Level 2 Apprenticeship in Recruitment Training. As a levy payer, we are keen to ensure we have strong connections with quality providers. The initial contact from the team was extremely professional from the start. They explained the course outline and presented a live demonstration to ourselves, potential candidates and their Line Managers to ensure all relevant questions and any concerns were answered. We were introduced to Ginny Mappley as our Trainer/Mentor who had recently joined Recruitment Juice. We have known Ginny for a considerable time via a previous provider and had no hesitation going forward as her level of expertise and professionalism was perfect for Morson. Morson have signed up a number of employees on the Level 2 programme, which to date has been successful. Our learners have regular monthly visits, email/telephone support. We receive monthly progress reports too. We are gradually expanding our Apprenticeship programme nationally. I would have no hesitation in recommending Juice as a Training Provider.
